We had a great stay in this hotel which was handy to everything in the city, including Her Majesty's Theatre where we saw an amazing show. The location was fantastic, and we were able to walk to nearly everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was delicious and a great value for money at the on-site cafe. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

just a walk down to rice paper scissors, where you can have lunch. public parking nearby was provided. would stay there again! i really enjoyed the location.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Hochi Mama, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. We loved the fact that we chose quest gordon place.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of good eating places in close proximity. the reception area is conveniently located, making check-in and check-out a breeze. There are also shops and restaurants just around the block, ensuring that you have everything you need right at your doorstep.

Great Stay But With A Few Flaws We recently stayed in a charming hotel in the heart of the city. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of the area and some suggestions for restaurants and bars nearby. the location was perfect, just a few steps from shopping areas and public transport. the hotel offered free parking which was a real bonus. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was included in our stay. It was delicious with lots of options. there were a few minor flaws, such as the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times and some maintenance issues with the bathroom.

That it was very close to her majestys theatre

The carpet had been wet at some stage and the room was a bit musty which set off my hayfever

The size of the small studio apartment mention on the booking site wasnt the problem it was the bed size that was uncomfortable and far too small for anyone who was of reasonable proportions We realize this is a heritage property but certain standards are expected of a property of this rating. The floor boards creaked with every movement which certainly proved a problem during the night and the bathroom basin taps leaked over the vanityl when turned on . The plumbing issue was reported but remained unrepaired .Also not all the tv channels were available However the ultimate annoyance was the plumbing when the apartment or facility above was in residence. Then we were treated to something similar to the woodwind section of an orchastra tuning up and coming through the pipes Unfortunately as our stay was over several days these problems did little to add to the enjoyment of the property

Great old building, friendly staff, awesome location, comfortable bed, nice room size.

I loved how easy it was to find and the location in Little Bourke was excellent for location next to the theatre and restaurants .We loved the history and hertiage of the building .The staff were wonderful and it was quite and peaceful for being right in the middle of the city

Car parking was a small mix up with the discount ticket which was easily rectified at the time

Great position in China town - a couple of blocks to the shops. Great coffee shops and bars around. Walking distance to theatre district. Spacious rooms for a reasonable price

Was a bit dark but as a renovated heritage building, could have had better lighting

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Chinatown and the CBD area. The staff at reception were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The dining restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast every morning, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax in the evening. The staff at this place really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We had such a great experience here and would definitely stay again.

location. The history of the building and the accommodation

the gym is hardly a gym. It is VETRY wrong to describe it as such. Besides being the smallest space for a gym that I have ever seen, the lights were;t all working, the equipment is ancient and not working properly. This was hugely disappointing and as a business traveller this is one of tech things I look for in order to maintain fitness.

Beautiful building. Fantastic reception staff. Nothing too much trouble. Large apartment. Early check in and late check out. Very quiet (back of building).

Public toilets on ground floor were dirty and bin was overflowing with paper towels. Discount voucher from hotel did not give the discount described at the car park. Beer bottle left next to pool stayed there all day.
